I love Food!!!

A Group of us went out to the cactus club while we were at missions fest, I thought I should show you all what I had.

pistachio crusted Halibut, on some green beans on mashed potatoes, with a Thai curry sauce... MMM...

For Dessert I had apple pie,

The wait was long to get in, but the food made up for it I thought. Free appys because they took so long to get us in. Good times!

Restaurant service these days. I am so unlucky when it comes to getting my food in decent time lately. Tonight, Jenn and I took the kids to Boston Pizza. First of all they seated a group of 11 before us, who walked in after us. Then it took forever to get our order. It was over an hour and a half by the time were done. Not too much fun with 3 already tired kids. Last time I will be doing that for a while. I never do learn.

Andy,
perhaps you dont know me (likely this is true) but I know you (as is likely often the case with members of staff at capernwray centres). many of the people you know, know me, so that is how i ended up at this blog. what i wanted to exclaim excitedly is that my dear cousin is one of the wonderful chefs at the cactus club. his name is steve. if EVER you are there again you should mention my name in an attempt to glean some free items of nourishment and goodness. all i ask for my service to you in this way is a long distance hello to the aforementioned "steve" . my name is brier. he will know who i am. selfishly, (as i again will mention, i don't know you personally), i would also, through you, like to send greetings to the most wonderful jensen family, as well as the delightful staff at capernwray harbour (specifically, although not exclusively: liz, karen, christine, christina, and scott elias)
that is all.
thank you on behalf of the students of capernwray harbour for cooking wonderful food (this i am assuming, as well as hearing from great people like ashley star bates, etc.) this likely is not said enough.
ps. i am not as strange as this comment may seem to imply.
