Hi my name is Andy Wouda, I live on Thetis Island B.C. I like it very much here. I'm a cook at a little Bible School (Capernwray Harbour) where I feed all the students and some of the staff. I do all this because I love the Lord Jesus Christ, who Lives in me and longs to live through me (if you want to know more ask me) I have been wanting to start a blog for a while. I want to talk about food, and a few other things that might come up a long the way. I hope you enjoy all that you see and hope to see you soon. Oh if you want these are some more thoughts.

Hi Andy- just wanted to say hi and to thank you for an amazing stay on Thetis. It was so great for all of us. The kids had never seen the ocean before and it was a beautiful time exploring the great beaches. Hi to Amie from us also.
Looks really yummy... great picture/recipe idea... whoever thought of the hollowed out lemon is real good. Good work Andy:)
